TWO MONTHS!

Zach is progressing like crazy. He’s holding his head up like a champ (he looks like a turtle when he does this) and “talking,” smiling and kicking whenever he’s awake.

Today he had his two-month check up. Zach weighs.... drum roll please... 15 pounds!! Ladies and gents, that's the 98th percentile. We've got a big one here. :) As for length, he's in the 73rd percentile, measuring 1' 11.5". Jamer said he took his shots like a champ and only cried so hard he stopped breathing for a while - something he does during bath time and when he's really pissed. Now, he's sleeping it off with his sweet new bandaides (see picture).

A couple weeks ago he discovered his mobile and now smiles and has short chats with the creatures dancing in front of him.

Every day he gets better at keeping a pacifier in his mouth and he’s getting close to gripping a rattle. The books say he might even start rolling (to one side) soon! I guess that means he’ll need to be monitored a little more closely when he’s just hanging out on his changing table (which he LOVES).
