I can’t believe how much everyone is growing up. It feels like just yesterday we were all hanging out at Grandma’s house and eating at the “kid table.”

Now, everyone is getting married and having babies.

Last weekend Zach and I headed over to Great Aunt Nancy’s house to see Becky and Maya, Becky’s daughter. When we got there, it was baby central. Maya and Julia, Susie’s little girl, were both actively playing and entertaining the group of women.

Zach officially got to spend some time with his Great Grandma, took and nap on her shoulder and then told her a story as he smiled and cooed at her.

Our next step is to start playing with flashing toys since we recently learned that Zach loves them.

Great Aunt Linda spent several minutes on the floor with Zach and a toy that lit up and played music. He loved it, kicking and squealing the entire time.

Maya and Julia are cute as ever. I’m really looking forward to when Zach can crawl, laugh and interact like a little toddler.
