How much mo' can she grow?

A "bump" photo - with the shirt down.

I’ve always been a jeans and T-shirt kind of girl. The problem is ... my T-shirts don’t fit anymore!

Today several people have been commenting on my stomach. I’m not sure if I grew that much over the weekend or if it’s the shirt.

Co-worker: “Jackie! I usually see you sitting down. This is the first time I’ve noticed ... (points to belly) Cute!”

Husband: “That shirt really accentuates your bump.”

Then, after lunch, my bosses boss (yes, the super boss) said “Looking GOOD!” as I walked by in the break room. Then he asked me how I was feeling - to which I replied "Large."

In looking at the photo above, I've decided that it was the shirt. Dang, I look big.

If I had my way, I’d wear sweatpants to work every day. I’ll admit that these maternity jeans are WAY more comfy than regular jeans, but still - nothing can beat them baggy sweatpants (and the Reebok’s with the straps - with the straps!) - sorry I couldn’t resist that lyric.

Yesterday I ordered a shirt online in hopes that I can wear it to one of my baby showers. It had one review: “I’m not pregnant, just plus size and I love this shirt. What’s really interesting is that it’s longer in the front than in the back.” Well duh! It’s a maternity shirt. They’ve got to make room for that big baby bump. When it arrives (and if it looks good), I’ll make sure to post a picture.
